Eligibility Criteria :

• The candidate should belong to the general category. He/she shall not hold any caste certificate under his/her name.
• EWS is only available to candidates in the general category.
• The applicant’s annual family income must not be more than Rs. 8 lakhs per year.
• To be eligible for the EWS Scheme, applicants or their families must not own any agricultural land larger than 5 acres.
• The candidate must fall under the broad category. He or she must not have a caste certificate in his or her name.
•  EWS is only available to candidates in the general category.
•  The applicant’s family’s yearly income cannot exceed Rs. 8 lakhs per year.
• To be eligible for the EWS programme, applicants or their families must not possess any agricultural land larger than 5 acres.
•  If an applicant or his or her family has a residential flat, it must be less than 100 square feet.
• The applicant’s or his/her family’s Residential Plot must be less than 100 square yards in size and located in a designated municipality sector.
• The applicant’s or his/her family’s residential plot shall not exceed 200 square yards in a non-notified municipality sector.

Note: The candidates who satisfy all the above-mentioned eligibility criteria shall be eligible for this scheme.

১. যে সমস্ত মানুষ SC ,ST বা OBC এর মধ্যে পড়েন না।
২. যে সমস্ত পরিবারের বাৎসরিক পারিবারিক আয় ৮ লক্ষ্য টাকার নিচে।
৩. যে সমস্ত ব্যাক্তি নিচের কোনোটির মধ্যে পড়েন না
a) ৫ একর বা তার বেশি চাষাবাদের জমি আছে।
b) ১০০০ sq. ft এর বেশি বসত বাড়ি আছে।
c)মুনিসিপিলিটি এরিয়া তে ১০০ sq. yards বা তার বেশি বসবাসের জন্য প্লট বর্তমান।
d) মুনিসিপিলিটি এরিয়া বাদে অনান্য জায়গায় তে ২০০ sq. yards বা তার বেশি বসবাসের জন্য প্লট বর্তমান।

বি:দ্রঃ উভয় জায়গায় বসবাসের প্লট থাকলে তা যুক্ত করে ধরা হবে। [ 18 বছরের উপরে থাকা পরিবারের সমস্ত ব্যক্তিদের আয় এবং সম্পত্তি একত্রিত ভাবে হিসাব করা হবে ]
